Are there limited tickets being sold?
I received an invite just addressed to me. Can I invite others?
We are limiting our event to 150 people, so if you’re interested in joining us for our celebration, buy your tickets early!
I’m not sure I can attend yet. Is there a deadline for registration? Can I register the day of the event?
The deadline for registration is April 11, 2025. Since this is a plated dinner, we are not offering day of event registration.
What is social hour & check-in? When does the event start?
This is an hour before the event starts where you can grab a drink and some appetizers and socialize before the plated dinner program begins. You can also check-in and receive your bidder number at this time. If you cannot join us for social hour, please plan on arriving shortly before 6:30pm to enjoy the start of the plated dinner program.
I have dietary restrictions. Can I still attend?
Yes, you can still attend our event. With our plated dinner selections we have Gluten Free and Vegan options available. If you have any other restrictions or allergies, please note them when you register and we’ll share with our caterer.
What is the attire? Is this a formal event?
No, this is not a formal event. We suggest wearing dressy casual attire.
Are children invited? Can children attend?
This is an evening event with a plated dinner. There are no options for a children’s meal or an activity area. This is an event designed for adults and will include elements like speeches and fundraising, which might not be suitable for young children.
Is there a silent or live auction at this event?
There will be a live auction at the event. You don’t want to miss it!
We will also be doing a special appeal along with holding a Golden Ticket Raffle at the event.
Is there parking at the event site?
The Nordia House has a 75-space parking lot which is on a first come, first served basis. There is also limited street parking available in the nearby neighborhood off Oleson Road & Taylors Ferry Road. We also encourage carpooling or using a rideshare company.
I am coming from out of town. Are there any hotels nearby I can stay?
Yes, there are two options less than 5 minutes from the event venue – the Embassy Suites hotel (Portland-Tigard) and the DoubleTree hotel (Portland-Tigard).
I want to purchase a group of tickets, but I don’t have all my guests name yet. Is this an issue?
No, this is not an issue. Purchase your group of tickets and we will work with you to identify the remaining people at your table through a link where you can add guest names.
I have purchased a group of tickets and added all my guest’s names, but I don’t know what meal selection they want. Is this an issue?
No, this is not an issue. We will email you a link where you can note guest’s meal selections.
I cannot attend, as I have a conflict or I live out of the area. Can I still be involved in some other way?
Yes. While we’re disappointed you cannot join us, you can get involved through bidding on an online silent auction item – online auction coming soon! If you don't want to participate in the online silent auction, please consider making a donation online.
I have registered and paid, and I now cannot attend. What do I do? Can I get a refund?
All sales are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. You can also convert your ticket purchase(s) to a donation if you are unable to attend.

The event was canceled or rescheduled. Do I get a refund?
If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. You can also convert your ticket purchase(s) to a donation if you are unable to attend. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
